Françoise Parker
President and Co-Founder
Fran Parker is Co-Founder and President of AGent Energy, where she leads market development, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement across the company’s demand response and grid flexibility platform.
With more than 20 years of experience in competitive energy markets, Fran has built her career at the intersection of grid reliability, market design, and large-scale energy infrastructure. At AGent, she focuses on unlocking the vast, underutilized fleet of backup generation located behind commercial and industrial facilities—helping organizations monetize existing assets while strengthening grid reliability during emergency conditions.
Prior to co-founding AGent, Fran held senior leadership roles across the demand response industry, including Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Voltus and Director of Enterprise Sales at EnerNOC. She also served as Managing Director at Tempo Data Centers, where she originated and advanced over 2.5 GW of large-scale data center projects in PJM and ERCOT, developing a deep understanding of hyperscale and enterprise data center power requirements, infrastructure timelines, and grid-integration challenges.
Fran is widely recognized for her ability to translate complex energy markets into actionable opportunities for customers—turning megawatts of backup capacity into meaningful new revenue streams while supporting a more resilient grid.
When she’s not working to reshape energy markets, Fran enjoys exploring the world with her family and friends.
Todd Krause
