By providing your mobile phone number to AGent Energy (“AGent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your organization’s participation in AGent’s energy management, demand response, dispatch operations, and site alerting services. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Dispatch approval or denial requests
- Event scheduling confirmations
- Generator or site alerts
- Status updates related to your facilities or equipment
- Security, account, or system notifications
These messages are transactional and are not used for marketing.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on system activity, dispatch events, and alert conditions. You will only receive messages triggered by actions related to your registered sites or equipment.
3. Opt-In
You consent to receive transactional SMS messages when:
- You provide your mobile number in the AGent platform
- You are added as a contact for a site, generator, or dispatch event
- You opt-in through a workflow in HubSpot or via a direct AGent onboarding process
- You respond affirmatively to a confirmation message (if applicable)
Providing a phone number to AGent constitutes express consent to receive these operational notifications.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, you may continue to receive messages as required by law (e.g., fraud alerts, critical account notifications).
To resume messages, reply:
START

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
AGent is not responsible for fees imposed by your carrier.

Messages may be delivered via trusted service providers such as Twilio, AWS Pinpoint, or other carrier gateways, depending on your region.
8. Availability
Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. AGent is not liable for:
- Delays
- Failed delivery
- Duplicate messages
- Any technical issues outside of our control
9. Eligibility
You must be:
- The owner or authorized user of the phone number you register
- At least 18 years old, or authorized by your organization to receive operational alerts
By providing a phone number, you confirm it is accurate and under your control.
10. Changes to These Terms
AGent may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted to our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
